You want to streamline your workload right? You want to make life easier, simpler, better while using less of your time and effort right? We get it! With these online tools, most of them free, you can do just that. Check out our 4 favorites to streamline your workload.

Streamline your workload with these easy, and mostly free online tools.

4 Online Tools to Streamline Your Workload

 1. Tailwind

Pinterest is the best way for entrepreneurs to get their content seen by the multitudes. Without a pinterest strategy, you probably won’t go as far as you can. Tailwind is the app you need to make this strategy work for you. Use the Pin Inspector in the Tailwind App dashboard to hold everything you’ve ever pinned on Pinterest. Use the app to search for your pins via a keyword, board, or category or keyword and find out what has been performing well. Then you can repin your top content so more people can see it. Tailwind also offers Tailwind Tribes, which helps you collaborate with others and thereby increasing your reach. Cost: Free and paid premium accounts

 2. Canva

If you have ever wondered how some bloggers and content creators have such awesome looking graphics, it’s probably because they have created them in Canva. Basically, Canva is a graphic-design tool website. Users can drag-and-drop content for easy uploads and templates designed for each social media tool as well as other marketing materials.  It also provides access to photographs, graphics, fonts and more. You can save templates and use them over and over, easily streamlining your graphic approach. Cost: Free and paid premium accounts.

3. Coschedule

Coschedule defines itself as “a family of agile marketing tools that will help you stay focused, deliver projects on time, and make your team happy.” Everyone wants those things, right? Use this tool to get organized now, and stay organized no matter how busy you get. FREE Coshedule tools we love:

  • Social Message Optimizer
  • Headline Analyzer
  • Email Subject Line Analyzer

Cost: Starting at $20 per month for solo entrepreneurs, $50/month for small businesses who would have more than 1 user. Try a 14 day trial for free. Tools are also free. (And if you write a review following Coshedule’s guidelines, you will get 50% off your subscription. This post doesn’t count though, FYI.)

4. Keywords Everywhere

Keywords Everywhere is a browser add-on for Chrome and Firefox that lets you understand how much a particular set of words is being searched for. It gives you  search volume, CPC (cost-per-click) and the adWords level of competition for that phrase. It also gives you similar keywords, perhaps better, that people were searching for. We love that the information pops up right when you search anything in Google. It makes it so easy. Cost: FREE
